A hearty fluffy sourdough bagel made with organic unbleached flour, RO + Alkaline water, organic cane sugar, and celtic salt.  This loaf goes through a 8 hour fermentation process adding great health benefits. 
Important to note there is an egg wash on top of the bagels before baking - if you have an egg allergy please let us know. 
Extra ingredients depending on bagel:
-Everything: everything bagel seasoning (no seed oils)
-Blueberry: organic frozen wild blueberries
-Cinnamon swirl: organic cinnamon & cane sugar (add on our homemade cinnamon sugar spread for the perfect combo!)
